FAQ – Distance Sessions

What is Distance Sessions?

Kinesiology is such an amazing healing modality. Whether you attend sessions personally or use an online medium such as skype or zoom from the comfort of your own home, we will get to the root cause of your healing efficiently and accurately.

Distance Healing basically means you have your healing session anywhere in the world with access to an online medium to me at the clinic. We connect online, face to face, and I guide you through your session to remove blocks and restrictions you are holding onto.

Through the session I’ll ask questions, bring up restrictions preventing you from being the best version of yourself. I then clear them in the safe space we are working in.

 

How do Distance Sessions work?

Before your session be well hydrated, get yourself comfy and have access to water, tissues etc in a quiet place. We will connect with each other at your appointment time using an online modem such as zoom or skype. From here we have a chat, settle into a safe space in our healing space and I walk you through the healing process.

Whether you physically come into the clinic or take advantage of your own space anywhere in the world we will get to the root cause of your energy quickly and accurately and release this energy.

What will happen during your Distance Session?

We start with you lying fully clothed on a massage table. I use your arm muscle to monitor your body’s imbalances and stressors. By adding light pressure to your wrist your subconscious indicates your needs as your arm either remains contracted or moves to a relaxed state (this is how I communicate with your subconscious) then I bring your body back into balance during the session.

I am an active member of the Kinergetics National Association and ATMS which is Australia’s largest Natural Therapies Association. I’ll continue work within the framework of these organisations to provide an efficient system to manage and monitor the essential professional requirements for Accredited practice.

On the topic of committing to ongoing professional education I was honoured to study with a world leader in the field of kinesiology, Philip Rafferty March,2019. Philip was not only the founding president of the Touch for Health Association Victoria, Australia, he is also the founder of Kinergetics. His continued drive to evolve the area of kinesiology is inspiring. Our study covered newly developed and deeper corrections in kinergetics sessions only now being taught around the world. I’m excited to have built a strong rapport with Philip in an intimate group situation and to move deeper than ever before in your healing sessions.

Your Sessions

How do I prepare for a session?

In one word ‘HYDRATE!’ The more hydrated you are the stronger your body and the deeper the energy associated with your issues we will clear. You are likely to feel more thirsty than normal during your session and following it so keep drinking…

To compliment your kinesiology sessions and gain full benefit consuming magnesium in conjunction with your sessions allows deeper release.

How many sessions will I need?

Kinesiology is very effective but it’s not magic (well maybe a little bit). Clients often start to feel the benefits straight away, others after just a few sessions. To achieve optimal results our initial aim is to achieve free flowing energy through your body via your meridians. Each of us are different and so it is wise not to promise how many sessions this will take. To give an overall estimate allow for 4-5 sessions.

For more chronic health issues, weekly or fortnightly sessions are quite powerful until things start to balance out for you. After that, monthly tune-ups are a great way to prevent stress from building up. Really, it’s what feels right to you! I find for myself, regular monthly Kinesiology sessions are a beautiful way to stay in touch with myself and a good way of keeping my thoughts, actions and emotions in alignment with my dreams!

How long is each session?

Sessions are scheduled at 1 hour. In this time we complete a TMJ release from the jaw area. The stronger your body the deeper the issues we can release. Following this we clear energy from stresses, trauma’s or any issues you are experiencing or can simply ask your subconscious what you need to allow you to achieve at your greater good!

Will I experience any side effects?

Following a session there are many different things you can experience. I believe kinesiology sessiong to feel like detox on steroids. In any session you can detox on a physical, emotional, mental or spiritual releases occurring in a session so symptoms can vary. Your feelings will vary a great deal depending on the individual, what you’re working on and how you were feeling beforehand.

A few things which you may feel following a session:

  • A stronger connection within yourself and a feeling of bliss
  • A sense of thirst- minor or extreme (just keep a bottle of water close by)
  • Headaches, dizziness, confusion, brain fog
  • A heightened feeling of the stress, emotional released (things may feel much worse before they feel better and this is a sign a shift has taken place)
  • Tiredness
  • Other physical symptoms as a result of eg. candida release- headaches, cravings, aching body
  • Flashbacks
  • Joy

To prevent symptoms it is important to drink a good amount of water before and after sessions to allow for a flush of toxins from the body.

How will I know if the treatment has worked?

All the above ‘side effects’ would be an indication a shift has taken place. You are welcome to come to your session with an intention of what you are wanting to achieve from it. Then go within and monitor how you have responded to the session in association with this intention.
