Kinergetics and Candida
Today we I’ll explain how kinergetics and candida is the perfect marriage to break up. You may have candida and not even know it.
We often jump to the conclusion that yeasts and bacteria in our system are something to fear. Actually, something to jump on. Firstly, quite the opposite is true. Secondly, we have many beneficial yeasts and bacteria in our system. In fact, we have more microorganisms in our system than cells. Mind blowing right. We could not live with out them because the are the backbone of our immune systems. When we take probiotics we are in fact taking in living yeasts and bacteria. Each different yeast and bacteria, and there are many, are specific for keeping us healthy and has its own unique role to play. Candida Albicans certainly is one of these unbeneficial micro organisms. Specifically, it is a yeast organism. It is normal to find it lying dormant in our digestive system not causing any fuss or bother in small numbers. There are many factors which often lead to candida raring its ugly head and causing issues in our system. Some of these include:
- Poor diet- sugar, tea, coffee, dairy, yeast
- Lack of sleep
- Coated white tongue
- Digestive upset
- Itching vagina
- Migraines, headaches
- Poor memory
- Sugar and carbohydrate cravings
- Skin issues
- etc, etc, etc ( I assume you get the picture)
These yeasts in our system when they take hold can cause havoc. At this stage they produce toxins which travel throughout the body.
During your Session
Your probably reading this because during your session your body indicated a need for a candida balance. It reacted to a homeopathic candida vial. By clearing your spleen meridian, we cleared your reaction to the vial. So, following the balance your body no longer reacted which is exciting and during your next visit I will again challenge your body with the homeopathic candida vial checking your body is now free of any overgrowth.
In the meantime, you need to starve your candida. I’ve given you an outline of time duration and if your body has indicated you may have herbs/supplements to aid in the process.
Candida is very difficult to correct in the presence of mercury. Mercury, if detected in your body, will be corrected prior to candida.
Your Candida Diet
Now it’s time for diet changes.
And it can be fun and delicious.
Let’s firstly concentrate on what we CAN eat/drink:
First and foremost: WATER, WATER, WATER AND MORE WATER – aim for 2 litres per day
Foods to Enjoy
- All non-starch vegetables
- Low sugar fruit- avocado, limes, lemon and olives
- Grains- buckwheat, millet and quinoa
- Protein including red and white meat and eggs
- Dairy only includes butter, ghee, kefir and yoghurt (not dairy but coconut and nut milks are allowed)
- Low mould nuts and seeds including walnuts, pecans, cashews, almonds, coconut, flaxseed, hazelnuts and all seeds. Try almond nut butter.
- Herbs and spices
- Limit beans and legumes to 1 cup per day
- No sugar condiments such as apple cider vinegar or home made mayonnaise
- I’m not a fan of sweeteners, if your desperate include stevia
- Fermented foods such as sauerkraut, yoghurt, kefir
- Beverages include filtered water, chicory coffee and herbal tea
Some foods which will assist in our motion to detox your body of candida are:
- Coconut Oil because of its potent antifungal
- Garlic. Again a powerful antifungal
- Onions, similarly has moderate antifungal properties
- Ginger furthermore assists body to naturally detox – boiling water with fresh ginger makes ginger tea and it is delicious
- Raw Apple Cider Vinegar is rich in enzymes and balances your body’s pH level
Foods to Avoid
- Fruits not mentioned above including dried fruit and juices
- Milk and cheese
- Grains not mentioned above
- Peanuts and pistachios – chance of fungal contamination
- Processed meats
- Starchy vegetables – Potatoes, corn, sweet potatoes and pumpkin
- Margarine, salad dressings (unless home made with suitable ingredients), condiments
- Alcohol, tea, coffee, juices, cordials, soft drinks
- Left over foods
